One-stop access to SECURE 2.0 Act resources

The retirement savings bill known as SECURE 2.0 Act of 2022 was signed into law by President Biden on December 29, 2022. Its many provisions attempt to address deficiencies in retirement plan participation and savings among workers by building upon the retirement system improvements that were implemented under the SECURE Act of 2019. The new legislation includes provisions that could affect how employees prepare for retirement as well as how plan sponsors administer their workplace retirement plans.

To help increase understanding of the new requirements and their potential impact, we have created two SECURE 2.0 Act websites—one for plan sponsors and one for employees—that offer convenient access to the most current information, guidance and resources. Bookmark these pages and check back regularly for updates.
