On behalf of the entire Bank of America team, I want to extend my sincere thanks to those of you who joined us at the Workplace Benefits 2025 Client Conference in Huntington Beach, California. I’m excited to share some of the key highlights from this incredible event.

I truly valued the time together as we collectively explored the latest trends and best practices in benefit plan design to help our clients make a real impact at their company and prepare for the future workplace. We had the opportunity to dive deep into innovative solutions designed to make a tangible difference — including HR leadership strategies, new ways of driving engagement through personalization, discussions of the latest policy updates from Washington, D.C., and exploring the future of artificial intelligence (AI).

We can all agree that workplace dynamics are changing every day — how we think about work and how we approach it. As an integrated provider, that excites us. It gives us the opportunity to deliver your employees the truly holistic financial wellness experience they need, to help them feel confident managing their full financial lives.

The Innovation Center served as our hub to stay connected, network with peers and Bank of America leaders, and learn first-hand about new technology, capabilities and best-practice strategies. But we didn’t stop there — the workshops and roundtable discussions gave us the chance to roll up our sleeves and engage in hands-on, productive discussions that left us all with fresh insights and actionable ideas. It was great to see so many attendees connecting and sharing such valuable perspectives.

On our last evening, a concert by Third Eye Blind was a great way to close out the conference with music, memories made and relationships built among peers during our time together.

I know taking time out of our busy schedules isn’t always easy, and I genuinely appreciated the opportunity to connect with everyone who was able to attend. I hope folks left the conference feeling energized and inspired with fresh ideas. Just because the conference is over doesn’t mean the conversations are over. Whether you were able to attend or not, your Bank of America team is excited to collaborate with you in the coming weeks and months to bring new programs and strategies to life — and make a meaningful impact on the lives of your employees.

We’re already planning next year’s Workplace Benefits Client Conference, which will take place April 27–30, 2026, in Miami Beach, Florida. Informed by your feedback, we’re working hard to build an exceptional experience. Please be sure to save the date and keep an eye out for more details later this year.

As always, if you have any questions or feedback, please reach out to me or any member of your Bank of America team. I truly value our relationship and look forward to continuing our journey together.
