Join the virtual DEI workshop this month“How to Be an Ally in the Workplace” is a new virtual workshop series offered by the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Task Force of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). The goal of the workshop is to help increase awareness of underrepresented individuals and communities in the workforce and to educate NASPP members about strategies to better support them. “How to Be an Ally in the Workplace” August 23 (part two in two-part series) 1:30 p.m. Eastern The workshop represents some of the work NASPP is doing through its DEI Initiative, of which Bank of America is a proud co-sponsor. As part of this broad initiative, NASPP’s DEI Task Force focuses on diverse representation, training and promotion within the field of equity compensation. |
