Welcome to 2022! It’s my privilege and pleasure to kick off the new year with you. There is so much great energy on our team right now. We are launching exciting new programs and innovations and looking ahead to more opportunities to work side by side with you to address the needs of the modern workplace.

Let’s start with acknowledging the elephant in the room. The workplace looks different today. Many workers may still be remote, and you may even have a lower headcount than you might like, with a spike in the number of employees exiting the workforce and a tight labor market challenging efforts to keep your company fully staffed. Employees are feeling stretched and stressed, and, for that matter, you may be feeling that way, too.

We are here to help. Our focus is on helping you deliver a comprehensive package of benefits, personalized guidance and tools that can help employees feel cared for, supported and productive. I am of course talking about Financial Life Benefits®, our holistic solution that provides more of what employees need to develop financial skills and confidence at every life stage, across their broad financial lives. This integrated solution seamlessly connects employees to insights and resources from across our organization to help them manage day-to-day finances and prepare for the future—whether creating a budget, preparing for emergencies, saving for health care or planning for a steady stream of income in retirement.

Our focus is on helping you deliver a comprehensive package of benefits, personalized guidance and tools that can help employees feel cared for, supported and productive.”

Through our holistic approach, employees have a broader, clearer picture of their finances all in one place. With this unique perspective, we can help employees understand the relationship between the different aspects of their financial lives and even uncover opportunities they might not be thinking about. From there, we can help them create a cohesive action plan, identifying and prioritizing next steps.

We understand that to keep employees engaged and connected we have to make it easy and convenient, as well as relevant and meaningful. So, we use a high-tech, high-touch approach, leveraging digital and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven technologies and one-on-one consultations to create more personalized and compelling experiences that can draw employees in and guide them to next steps. I invite you to learn about the many exciting innovations we have planned for you and your employees in this issue of Workplace Insights™.

We continue to advance our commitment to help make financial lives better through meaningful and personal connections with all of you and your employees. As we work together on advancing our shared goals, I encourage you to keep the dialogue going. Your input and feedback can help us design programs and solutions to meet evolving needs. I’ve personally enjoyed the opportunity to get to know many of you, and I look forward to continuing conversations in the year ahead.
